Job Description

Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive

CRA Car Rental Addis is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive to increase sales and develop new business relationships.

Main Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp, website and telephone inquiries.
Prepare quotations using approved company prices.
Follow up on all inquiries and quotations until a clear result is obtained.
Contact and visit hotels, embassies, NGOs, international organizations, companies, travel agencies and event organizers.
Develop new corporate accounts and long-term partnerships.
Promote airport transfers, chauffeur services, vehicle rentals, delegation transport and related travel services.
Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, bookings and follow-up dates.
Coordinate confirmed bookings with the Operations Manager.
Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales-performance reports.
Achieve monthly sales and gross-profit targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
One to three years of experience in sales, business development, customer service or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Professional spoken and written English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently, visit clients and follow up consistently.
