Job Summary

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the company to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional workplace. This role supports management and staff by coordinating office logistics, administrative systems, and HR-related processes, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Working closely with the HR, Finance, and Operations departments, the Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining smooth internal communication, resource management, and office functionality. The position requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, with the ability to balance administrative responsibilities and team support.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and company events
Maintain office policies and procedures in alignment with HR standards

HR Support

Assist the HR Manager with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and performance review logistics
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

Financial & Operational Oversight

Track office expenses and assist with budget preparation
Process invoices and liaise with finance for timely payments

Qualifications & Skills

• \tBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field

• \tProven experience in office management or administrative support

• \tStrong organizational and multitasking abilities

• \tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

• \tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

• \tDiscretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
