Kabba Transport is a modern transportation company providing organized and reliable transportation services for students, employees and individuals.

We are expanding our school transportation field sales activities and are looking for a strong Field Sales Supervisor to lead the field team, manage daily execution and ensure that the team generates accurate, qualified parent registrations.

Role Summary

The Field Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing Field Sales Representatives operating outside selected schools.

The supervisor will plan daily activation locations, monitor team performance, check registration quality, coach sales representatives and ensure that all qualified registrations are accurately transferred to Kabba’s CRM team.

This is a highly field-oriented position. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing people, working with targets and spending significant time visiting sales locations.

Key Responsibilities

Field Planning

· Prepare daily and weekly field sales schedules

· l Assign Field Sales Representatives to selected schools and locations

· Confirm school arrival and dismissal times

· Identify high-traffic areas where parents can be approached safely

· Scout and evaluate new field sales locations

· Ensure teams do not block school gates, pedestrians or traffic

· Adjust location assignments based on performance

Team Supervision

· Manage and supervise Field Sales Representatives

· Conduct daily team briefings

· Communicate individual and team targets

· Monitor attendance, punctuality and professional appearance

· Observe sales pitches and parent interactions

· l Provide daily coaching and corrective feedback

· Identify strong and weak performers

· Recommend staff development, retention or corrective action

· Resolve field challenges and escalate serious incidents

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field

· At least two years of experience in sales, field sales, team supervision, promotions or customer acquisition

· Previous experience managing a field sales team is strongly preferred

· Strong verbal communication skills in Amharic

· Good English communication skills

· Strong leadership and people-management skills

· Comfortable working with daily and weekly targets

· Able to use spreadsheets, digital forms and map applications

· Strong reporting and data-accuracy skills

· Willing to work outdoors and travel between school locations

· Available during early-morning and afternoon school periods
