We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented Quality Management System (QMS) Officer to support the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System.

The successful candidate will ensure that quality policies, procedures, standards, and processes are effectively implemented and maintained in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and recognized quality management standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, maintain, and improve the organization’s Quality Management System.
Coordinate the preparation, review, approval, distribution, and control of quality-related documents.
Monitor compliance with established policies, procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Coordinate internal quality audits and support external and regulatory audits.
Track audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure timely and effective closure of corrective actions.
Support risk assessment and quality improvement initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and report quality performance indicators and trends.
Facilitate quality awareness and QMS training for employees.
Maintain accurate quality records and ensure proper document and record control.
Participate in management review meetings and prepare relevant quality reports.
Identify opportunities for continual improvement and support process improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and organizational requirements.
Perform other quality-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in quality management, quality assurance, QMS, or a similar position.
Experience in internal auditing, document control, CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement is an advantage.
Professional certification in quality management or ISO auditing is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management documentation systems.
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with different departments.
