Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, field-based Sales Representative to be our boots on the ground. You will visit hospitals, specialized clinics, and medical centers across Addis Ababa to pitch MEDesign’s marketing and creative packages directly to healthcare executives and administrators

Key Responsibilities

B2B Field Sales: Conduct daily outreach to clinics and hospitals to pitch our branding, video production, and digital marketing services.

Client Acquisition: Map the local market, identify healthcare brands needing a stronger digital presence, and close contract deals.

Account Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with acquired medical institutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Background: Medical professionals (Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, Health Officers) are highly preferred due to their understanding of clinical language and compliance.

Alternative: Experienced B2B sales professionals with a proven track record closing service contracts in Addis Ababa.

Skills: Exceptional professional communication, strong negotiation grit, and the stamina for city-wide field travel
