Kabba Transport is a modern transportation company providing organized and reliable transportation services for students, employees and individuals.

We are expanding our school transportation sales activities and are looking for energetic Field Sales Representatives who can engage parents, explain Kabba’s services and register interested families.

Role Summary

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for approaching parents and guardians outside selected schools, explaining Kabba’s school transportation service and helping interested parents complete an accurate registration.

This is a field-based position that requires confidence, professionalism, strong communication skills and the ability to work during school arrival and dismissal periods.

The role focuses on registration and lead generation. Customer follow-up, grouping and closing will be handled by Kabba’s CRM team.

Key Responsibilities

· Approach parents and guardians professionally outside selected schools

· Introduce Kabba’s school transportation service clearly and confidently

· Identify parents who are genuinely interested in student transportation

·Help interested parents complete the registration form

· Collect accurate phone numbers, home locations and transportation requirements

· Assist parents in sharing an accurate map location or location pin

· Explain what happens after registration

· Clearly communicate that registration does not guarantee immediate service

· Avoid making unapproved promises regarding prices, vehicles, routes or starting dates

· Submit completed registrations through Kabba’s digital registration system

· Prevent incomplete, duplicate or inaccurate registrations

· Maintain a professional appearance and respectful conduct around schools

· Meet daily and weekly qualified-registration targets

· Report common parent questions, objections and feedback

· Follow assigned schedules and activation locations

· Protect parent and student information
