We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating site operations, and supporting the successful completion of projects according to design, schedule, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance on site.
Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards.
Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues or discrepancies.
Manage site materials, resources, and work progress effectively.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities and work under pressure
