Coordinate day-to-day coffee export operations from purchase and processing through shipment and delivery.
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate coffee export documentation and transaction records.
Coordinate invoices, contracts, certificates, shipping documents, customs documents, and other export requirements.
Liaise with government authorities, customs, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, inspection bodies, and other stakeholders.
Follow up on coffee shipments, container bookings, loading, transportation, and delivery schedules.
Ensure all export documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems for coffee purchase, warehouse, quality, sales, and export documents.
Coordinate with finance, warehouse, quality control, sourcing, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Track export orders, shipment status, payments, and outstanding documentation.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian coffee export regulations and buyer requirements.
Prepare regular operational and export documentation reports for management.
Identify and resolve documentation, logistics, and operational issues promptly.
Manage multiple export transactions and documentation processes simultaneously.
Strong experience in Ethiopian coffee export documentation and knowledge of international coffee trade procedures is a major advantage.
