ob Summary

MILO Health & Wellness Group is seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, sports, and rehabilitation needs. The physiotherapist will play a key role in restoring function, reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing patients' overall quality of life through individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical conditions, movement limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other rehabilitation interventions.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Operate and maintain physiotherapy equipment according to established standards.
Participate in patient education programs and community health promotion activities.
Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Valid professional license to practice Physiotherapy in Ethiopia.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or healthcare facility is preferred.
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and sports rehabilitation.
Experience using electrotherapy and rehabilitation equipment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficient in basic computer applications and electronic medical records.
