Mahi Interior Design is looking for a creative and detail oriented Architect & Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior and exterior spaces, producing high quality 3D visualizations, and preparing technical drawings for residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate should have strong design skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects from concept development to final presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Design interior and exterior architectural projects.
Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings.
Develop material, furniture, and lighting selections.
Prepare presentation boards and client proposals.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, and deadlines.

Required Skills (6)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit,.
Experience with rendering software such as D5 Render(must)
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, lighting, and space planning.
Excellent 3D modeling and visualization skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience (Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply).
A portfolio showcasing residential or commercial design projects.
