Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting property opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential buyers and investors.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.

Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate successful transactions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with marketing and management teams to increase sales performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field or Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.

Minimum 3 months Written experience in real estate sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
