Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Apartment Secretary to support the daily management of the property. The role includes coordinating cleaning, assisting tenants, handling apartment access, and supporting general administrative tasks related to property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the cleanliness of the apartment and common areas.
Receive and assist potential tenants during apartment visits.
Provide apartment tours and explain rental terms when needed.
Prepare and manage apartment keys for new tenants.
Handle tenant requests, questions, and basic complaints, and follow up until resolved.
Maintain tenant records, move-in and move-out information.
Coordinate with maintenance or cleaning staff when repairs or services are required.
Monitor apartment availability and inform management of vacant units.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as phone calls, scheduling visits, and record keeping.
Ensure tenants follow building rules and maintain a good living environment.
