We are looking for a motivated cold call, Outdoor Sales & Lead Outreach Officer to support the growth of our eCommerce platform. This role combines outdoor sales, cold calling, and direct messaging to identify, onboard, and follow up with verified sellers while actively promoting our platform.

If you are confident in negotiation, persistent in follow-ups, and comfortable reaching out to new leads, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential sellers through outdoor visits, cold calls, and direct messages.

Onboard verified and reliable sellers to the eCommerce platform.

Promote and explain the platform’s benefits to sellers.

Conduct price discussions and negotiations with potential sellers.

Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into active sellers.

Collect and verify seller information and product details.

Work closely with the Market Intelligence and Operations teams.

Report daily and weekly outreach activities and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in outdoor sales, tele-sales, or lead generation (preferred).

Strong cold calling and direct messaging skills.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Good communication skills

Familiarity with local markets and seller networks is Furniture, service and suppliers.

Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented.
