Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and results driven Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.
The role is focused on developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Contact and onboard new customers.
- Present and explain company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers and support repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and comfortable approaching new customers.
- Target-oriented and self motivated.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good reporting and organizational skills.
