Structural Foreman (Immediate Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret structural working drawings and ensure accurate execution on site.

Directly supervise all structural construction activities and manage site workforce effectively.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate material requests and monitor efficient utilization of resources.

Identify potential site issues, conflicts, or clashes early and recommend practical solutions.

Ensure work progresses according to project schedules and quality standards.

Requirements:

4–10 years of proven experience as a Structural Foreman or Construction Foreman.

Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Must be fully committed and available on-site at all times during project execution.

Ability to join immediately.
