Noru Digital Solutions PLC is looking for a talented, motivated, and creative Software Developer to join our growing team.We are building an integrated hospitality technology platform covering PMS, POS, ERP, Restaurant Management, Booking Engine, Channel Manager and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web and software applications.
Work on both frontend and backend development.
Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
Design and manage databases.
Collaborate with our team to improve existing products and develop new features.
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix software bugs and technical issues.
Ensure applications are secure, scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing.
Participate in software planning, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Contribute ideas and technical solutions to support the growth of Noru Digital Solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in software, web, frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks.
Experience working with databases and APIs.
Understanding of responsive and user-friendly application development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Good communication and time-management skills.
