About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in a hybrid role (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). If you excel at picking up the phone, holding engaging conversations with key stakeholders, and closing the gap between cold outreach and discovery calls, this role is built for you. You will directly drive revenue growth by identifying high-value business opportunities and setting up qualified meetings for our account executives.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling Excellence: Conduct high-volume phone outreach to targeted B2B decision-makers.

Prospect Engagement: Hold prospects’ attention, deliver concise value propositions, overcome objections, and keep qualified leads engaged on the line.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and build structured outreach sequences.

Qualifications & Requirements

Cold Outreach Skills: Proven track record in phone-based prospecting and outbound cold calling.

Hybrid Work Discipline: Self-driven enough to maintain high outreach volumes during remote days while collaborating effectively during in-office days.

Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience (marketing agency or experience is a plus).
