Core Roles and Responsibilities

Call Handling: Receive and screen incoming emergency or non-emergency requests, logging details accurately into the computer system.
Prioritization: Assess the urgency of each request to dispatch the right personnel, vehicles, or equipment first.
Routing and Scheduling: Plan efficient routes, assign loads or tasks, and adjust schedules in real time to handle traffic, weather delays, or cancellations.
Real-Time Tracking: Monitor field units using GPS software or two-way radios to track progress and ensure safety.
Communication: Give clear instructions to field staff and update customers or clients on arrival times and delivery statuses.
Record Keeping: Maintain logs of all calls, actions taken, and status updates
