The Receptionist and Finance position will handle day-to-day financial transactions, rental collections, tax declarations, and record management for Fana Plaza Apartment. The role requires accuracy, integrity, and excellent coordination with the Finance and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily rental deposits, and refunds.

- Maintain rent and deposit ledgers, reconciling with bank statements.

- Issue official receipts and prepare daily cash reconciliations.

- Process refunds and deposits with full documentation and approvals.

- Prepare and submit monthly VAT, rental income, and withholding tax declarations.

- Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions.

- Support the Finance Manager in quarterly and annual tax reporting.

- Coordinate with the Finance Manager to align financial records with operational reports.

- Participate in monthly financial and operational review meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (hospitality or property management experience is an advantage).

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Peachtree/Sage, Excel, and general accounting software.

- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork ability, and integrity in handling confidential information.
