Maraki English is hiring disciplined and results-driven call center agents. Your job is simple but demanding: make calls, follow up relentlessly, and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads consistently until conversion
Explain services clearly and handle objections confidently
Convert prospects into paying customers
Record call results accurately in the system
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements:

Fluent in spoken English (clear pronunciation, confident communication)
Fast learner (can quickly adapt to scripts, tools, and feedback)
Strong persuasion and communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling and repetitive tasks
Able to handle rejection without losing momentum
Basic computer skills (data entry, CRM tools)
Punctual, disciplined, and reliable (onsite role)

What We Offer:

Gross Salary: 13,228 ETB
