The Store Keeper & Document Controller will be responsible for managing site materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, handling project documentation, and providing basic administrative support. This role is ideal for candidates with limited experience who are organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced airport project environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Keeping

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.

• Maintain proper storage and ensure materials are safely arranged.

• Issue materials to site staff and keep accurate records.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.

• Maintain inventory logs (manual and/or Excel-based).

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.

2. Document Control

• Maintain and organize all project documents (drawings, reports, contracts).

• Ensure documents are properly labeled, filed, and easily retrievable.

• Track document revisions and updates.

• Distribute documents to relevant team members.

• Maintain both hard copy and electronic filing systems.

Requirements

Education

• High school or Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain management, or related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, document control, store supervisor and basic knowledge of admin roles.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects (especially airport projects) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with inventory systems or document control procedures.
