Main Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee overall HR operations and ensure smooth workforce management
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies
Manage employee relations and handle workplace issues
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company regulations
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
Coordinate training and employee development programs
Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
Promote a positive and productive workplace culture

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Graduated from Addis Ababa University
Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
