Main Roles and Responsibilities

Support the office in administering and managing retention contracts.
Assist attorneys during trials related to retention clients.
Conduct legal research to ensure proper administration of retention matters.
Draft and review legal documents.
Organize and maintain files and legal records for all retention clients.
Communicate effectively with retention clients.
Handle daily office operations, including supplies, filing, and logistics.
Follow up on recurring administrative tasks with government offices (tax, permits, compliance) and external service providers (landlords, vendors, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of payments, receipts, and reports.
Track and report on deadlines for government filings, external contracts, and office needs.
Assist management in scheduling meetings and preparing simple reports.
Serve as the point of contact for external visitors and calls to the office.
Perform additional office tasks as requested by management.
