Sales Representative

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

About the Company

Tekeste Zerihun General Contractor is a growing construction company engaged in delivering quality construction and development services across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The company works with developers, investors, and institutions to provide reliable construction solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support business development, build strong client relationships, and help expand our presence in the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

✓ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction projects, real estate developments, and related sectors.

✓ Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, contractors, property owners, government institutions, and private clients.

✓ Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote the company’s construction services.

✓ Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and project presentations to potential clients.

✓ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals for the company.

✓ Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.

✓ Monitor construction and real estate market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.

✓ Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and actively follow up on leads and project opportunities.

✓ Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide updates on sales performance.

✓ Represent the company at industry events, real estate exhibitions, networking forums, and professional meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or related fields.

✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, property marketing, or construction-related sales.

✓ Strong understanding of the construction and real estate industry in Ethiopia is an advantage.

✓ Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals.

✓ Experience in working with developers, contractors, or property investors is highly preferred.

Required Skills

✓ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✓ Strong client relationship management ability

✓ Good presentation and persuasion skills

✓ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

✓ Strong networking and business development skills

✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
