About the Role

Are you a \"closer\"? Do you have the hustle to change how real estate works in Ethiopia? Prime Ethiopia is looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to join our mission of modernizing property management. You won’t be sitting behind a desk—you will be on the streets, meeting building owners, and closing deals that digitize the city.

What You Will Do:

* Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and visit commercial and residential building owners across Addis Ababa.

* Pitch the Future: Demonstrate how our platform solves rent collection, tax compliance (2% withholding), and utility management.

* Close Deals: Onboard buildings onto the Prime Ethiopia system and earn commissions for every unit added.

* Build Relationships: Act as the face of Prime Ethiopia, ensuring landlords feel supported and professional.

What We Are Looking For:

* The Hustle: You are not afraid to walk into a building and ask to speak to the owner.

* Communication: Fluent in Amharic (English is a plus). You can explain complex tax/tech info simply.

* Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using smartphones and apps to show demos.

* Resilience: You see a \"No\" as just a step toward a \"Yes.\".
