We are looking for a disciplined, honest, and professional Private Car Driver to join our team. The candidate must be committed to clear communication and strict adherence to fleet regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Net Salary: 12,000 ETB per month.

Expense Allowance: 3,000 ETB per month (to cover electric charging/utilities and phone/internet).

Key Responsibilities & Rules:

Weekly Reporting: All drivers must submit a detailed report every Monday.

Minimum Target: Drivers must meet the minimum cash earning amount set by the owner;

Communication: Drivers are required to maintain clear and immediate communication with the owner. Phone calls and messages must be answered promptly.

Vehicle Use: The vehicle must be used responsibly and exclusively for authorized operations.

Financial Accountability: Drivers are fully responsible for any unpaid earnings, loans, or outstanding balances.
