At Shaba Closet, we pride ourselves on delivering convenience and quality fashion to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Associate.

Your Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with leads via calls and messages to convert orders
Guide customers through product selection, sizing, and confirmations
Create and manage draft orders accurately
Follow up with customers until payment is completed
Update customer and order information in Google Sheets / CRM daily
Respond to customer questions professionally and clearly
Coordinate with fulfillment to reduce errors and delays
Keep accurate records of interactions, payments, and order status

What We’re Looking For:

Someone comfortable with sales conversations and customer communication
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Reliable, organized, and consistent in daily tasks
Willingness to learn and improve performance over time
Able to work under basic targets and deadlines

Requirements:

Your own personal computer
Good spoken and written communication
Prior experience in sales, customer support, or e-commerce is an advantage
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Sheets, and basic online tools
Availability for full-time work

Compensation:
- Base Salary: 18,000 ETB
- Performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs (conversion rate, accuracy, follow-ups)
