We are hiring three creative Thumbnail Designers to manage high-conversion visual strategy across multiple YouTube channels. We are splitting the responsibilities based on niche and workload:

Key Responsibilities

Create 5 to 10 distinct variations per video concept (testing different backgrounds, text hooks, expressions, and color schemes) for 1–2 videos a week.
Optimize designs for mobile readability, high contrast, and maximum Click-Through Rate (CTR).
Maintain rapid communication with the team and meet deadlines.

Requirements

A strong portfolio of past YouTube thumbnail work (Photoshop/Illustrator master).
Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, bold typography, and CTR psychology.
Ability to deliver multiple creative variations without losing quality.
