Learneta Academy is urgently looking for a passionate and dedicated full-time English teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator with the ability to create engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons. You will work online with learners and play a key role in helping them improve their communication skills, build confidence, and achieve their personal, academic, or professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the plan created by the academy and deliver engaging in-person English lessons tailored to students’ levels and goals.

Create interactive learning experiences using activities, visuals, and real-life examples.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Encourage participation and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Take accurate attendance and keep simple performance records.

Collaborate with the academic team to improve lesson quality and teaching materials.

Stay updated with modern ESL teaching strategies and methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (English, Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred).

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Professional, punctual, and reliable.

Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience teaching adults or mixed-level learners.

Familiarity with lesson planning frameworks (CEFR levels A1–C2).

Creative teaching style using games, visuals, and interactive activities.

Ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles and needs.
