Job Description

Haddis Art Technology PLC is looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong ERP system development experience to join our team on a full-time onsite basis.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience building large-scale ERP systems, enterprise platforms, dashboards, operational management systems, and scalable backend infrastructures using Laravel and modern frontend technologies.

The candidate must be capable of handling both backend and frontend development while contributing to system architecture, technical planning, database optimization, and enterprise workflow implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain large-scale ERP systems and enterprise platforms
Build secure and scalable backend systems using Laravel
Develop responsive frontend systems using React.js or similar technologies
Design and optimize complex databases and enterprise workflows
Develop RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Work on HRM, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, CRM, and operational ERP modules
Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers
Maintain technical documentation and code quality
Support deployment, testing, and production environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Laravel Framework
Strong ERP system development experience
Experience developing enterprise management systems
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL
Experience with React.js or modern frontend frameworks
Experience building RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of system architecture and scalable applications
Experience with Git and version control systems
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with cloud servers and deployment environments is a plus

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience
Proven experience developing ERP or enterprise systems
Ability to work onsite full-time
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
