Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:
• Diploma in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
