Fitawrari Fitness is a leading fitness brand in Ethiopia, known for our fast-growing TikTok channel (gym reviews & fitness tips) and our pioneering fitness mobile app with 20,000+ downloads. As we expand our reach and impact, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy.

• Strengthen brand identity across all platforms.

• Drive user acquisition & retention for the Fitawrari Fitness app.

• Lead social media growth, especially TikTok.

• Manage digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and offline activations.

• Use analytics to optimize performance and guide decision-making.

• Collaborate with product, content, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 0-4+ years of experience in marketing (fitness, tech, or lifestyle is a plus).

• Strong digital marketing and social media expertise.

• Proven ability to lead teams and run campaigns.

• Creative, analytical, and passionate about fitness.
