Role Summary:

The CRM & Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for the end-to-end customer journey. This hybrid role involves designing high-impact digital campaigns to attract new audiences while leveraging CRM data to nurture existing relationships, improve loyalty, and maximize customer lifetime value.

Job Description

1. Key Responsibilities

Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising to drive website traffic and lead generation.

CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Marketing: Use the CRM platform to map out customer journeys, creating automated \"drip\" campaigns that nurture leads from first contact to repeat purchase.

Database Segmentation: Analyze customer data to create highly targeted audience segments for personalized email and SMS marketing efforts.

Content & Creative Oversight: Develop or coordinate the creation of engaging digital content (blogs, videos, social posts) that aligns with both brand goals and specific customer segment needs.

Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor KPIs such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and retention rates. Use A/B testing to refine campaign performance.

Data Integrity & Compliance: Act as the \"gatekeeper\" of customer data, ensuring all digital marketing activities comply with privacy laws like GDPR.

2. Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Stack: Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools like, Meta Business Suite

Analytical Ability: Strong skills in data interpretation to identify trends and measure the ROI of marketing spend.

Creative Writing: Ability to write compelling copy for various digital formats, from short-form ads to long-form email newsletters.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: experience managing digital marketing campaigns and CRM databases simultaneously is a bounce.
