About Us

Le Basilic Hotel is a welcoming hospitality destination committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and organized Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage hotel reservations and bookings through online travel platforms, including Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Coordinate room availability and update booking systems accurately.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Address guest concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Requirements

Previous experience working as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar hospitality role.
Proven experience using Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and other online reservation systems.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Fluency in Amharic is preferred.
Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
