We are a fast-growing travel agency based in Addis Ababa, committed to delivering reliable and innovative travel services. To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Professional to support and enhance our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly
Ensure data security, system backups, and protection against cyber threats
Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems
Support and manage travel booking systems and online platforms
Maintain the company website and assist with digital tools
Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting
Experience with databases, cybersecurity practices, and cloud services is an advantage
Proficiency in hardware and software maintenance
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English and Amharic
