Personal Manager (Business, Brand & Communications)

Role Overview

The Personal Manager represents and supports the founder across business operations, company communication, and personal brand development. This role ensures clear execution internally while actively managing external perception, including pitching products, services, and maintaining a strong public identity.

Core Responsibilities

1. Company Representation & Communication

Act as the official communication layer for the founder
Draft, refine, and send professional messages to clients, partners, and investors
Pitch company products and services in a clear, persuasive, and consistent tone
Handle inbound inquiries and prioritize responses

2. Business Operations Support

Organize tasks, meetings, and project updates across all initiatives
Track deadlines, progress, and key deliverables
Summarize discussions and convert them into actionable plans
Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators

3. Personal Brand Management

Develop and maintain the founder’s public image across social platforms
Write and schedule posts, threads, and updates
Convert business milestones into storytelling content
Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and positioning

4. Strategy & Positioning

Align company messaging with market perception
Identify content and narrative opportunities for growth
Monitor industry trends and competitor positioning
Support high-level decision-making through structured insights

5. Information & System Management

Maintain structured documentation of ideas, plans, and decisions
Manage content pipelines, contact databases, and communication logs
Ensure critical information is organized and accessible

Objective

To function as the founder’s external voice and internal coordination layer—ensuring the business is executed efficiently, the brand is consistently positioned, and all communications reflect a strong, credible, and strategic presence.
