Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor who can create premium-quality short-form videos with strong motion graphics, clean storytelling, advanced color grading, and high visual design standards.

This role is for someone who understands how to turn raw footage into powerful, engaging, and professional videos that capture attention, hold viewers, and support brand growth.

The ideal candidate must work fast, think creatively, understand design psychology, and deliver polished videos without needing constant correction.

Monthly Workload

The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for editing up to 30 short-form videos per month.

Videos may include:

Social media reels
Short promotional videos
Educational content
Brand storytelling videos
Founder/CEO content
Client video content
Ads and campaign videos

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Video Editor will:

- Edit up to 30 high-quality short-form videos per month.
- Create strong, engaging edits with good pacing, hooks, transitions, and storytelling.
- Add professional motion graphics, animated text, icons, shapes, overlays, and visual effects.
- Apply strong color grading and color correction to create a clean, premium visual style.
- Use design psychology to improve attention, clarity, emotion, and viewer retention.
- Understand brand identity and maintain consistent visual quality across all videos.
- Choose the right music, sound effects, subtitles, and visual rhythm for each video.
- Edit videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and X.
- Improve weak footage through smart editing, framing, sound cleanup, and visual enhancement.
- Work quickly while maintaining strong quality.
- Review feedback professionally and make revisions on time.
- Support the creative team with ideas for stronger video concepts and better visual execution.
- Create video templates and editing systems that help the team produce content faster.
- Maintain organized project files, footage, assets, and final exports.

Required Skills

Adobe Premiere Pro

Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional video editing experience.
Strong portfolio with short-form videos, motion graphics, and premium visual editing.
Experience editing for brands, agencies, creators, startups, or marketing campaigns.
Experience working with fast deadlines and monthly content production.
