role description:- this is a full-time on-site for a real estate sales position. the real estate salesperson will be responsible for conducting sales activities, such as prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals. the role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relation ships with clients. the real estate salesperson will be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

qualification:- real estate marketing and real estate sales skills with a minimum of for senior sales 3 years and above real estate experience . And junior sales 6 month experiences

*experience in customer service and sales

*active in social media

*knowledge of real property and real estate market trend

*excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*strong negotiation and closing skills

*ability to work in a fast-paced environment

*ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

*At least 6 months experience in the field

junior sales Gross salary 14,000
+3.5%-4% commission

senior sales person Gross salary 24,000+3.5%-4% commission
