Job Summary:

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems used in machine manufacturing operations. He will ensure that all workshop machinery, control panels, and electrical components operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:
- Design and implement electrical systems for manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and control wiring diagrams.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Project Supervision:
- Lead electrical projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers and production teams to ensure proper system integration.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, electrical drawings, and maintenance logs.
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians or electrical staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and control systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar software.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with machine automation and control systems.
Experience with safety systems and preventive maintenance programs.
Knowledge of energy efficiency and electrical optimization in manufacturing.
