Job Description
Our company, Royal Dental center, is looking for energetic and results-driven sales representatives to promote company services and generate new business opportunities. The role involves contacting potential customers through phone calls and direct engagement using provided customer data, building strong client relationships, and supporting business growth. Transportation support may be provided when field visits are required. This role includes performance-based commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
● Contact potential customers using company-provided data and leads.
● Promote and explain company products or services to potential clients.
● Make outbound calls and conduct follow-up communication.
● Visit customers or business locations when necessary.
● Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
● Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
● Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
● Prepare basic reports on customer interactions and sales activities
. ● Represent the company professionally
Required Qualifications & Experience
● Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing
● Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to persuade and build relationships.
● Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
● Ability to work independently and within a team.
● Good organizational and time management skills.
● Basic computer skills
● Willingness to conduct fieldwork when required.
