We’re looking for a skilled Call Route Provider to set up an automated international call center. You’ll design and implement efficient call routing systems using VoIP technology, ensuring seamless, cost-effective communication across global networks. This is a technical role responsible for ensuring smooth operation of our VoIP system, CRM integration, and call routing setup.
Responsibilities:

Set up and configure cloud call center systems (CloudTalk, Dialpad, Aircall, or similar)

Configure IVR menus (call routing, press 1/2/3 system)

Set up inbound and outbound call flows

Manage call recording, monitoring, and reporting dashboards

Integrate CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Troubleshoot call quality and internet-related issues

Support agents with login/system issues

Optimize system for low or unstable internet environments

Ensure system reliability and uptime
• Set up and optimize automated international call routing systems.
• Configure VoIP solutions and ensure quality call connections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with business needs.
• Provide ongoing system support and maintenance

Requirements:

Experience with VoIP or cloud telephony systems

Hands-on experience with call center platforms

Basic CRM setup and integration knowledge

Good understanding of internet/network troubleshooting

Ability to work with small startup teams (3–10 agents)

Problem-solving mindset
• Experience in call center setup and international call routing.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and call routing protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud-based telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio, Cloud talk, Air call).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in VoIP systems, cloud call center platforms, CRM integration, or call center technical support.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

Information Technology (IT)
Computer Science
Software Engineering
Network Engineering
Computer Engineering
Telecommunications
