Responsibilities

-\tPrepare financial records including account payable, receivable&payroll

-\tPrepare financial statements and reports for management review

-\tProcessing invoices, Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related problems.

-\tEnsure the financial transactions are authorized, records, filled with adequate supporting documentation, and maintained.

-\tContact outside services for VAT & tax preparation, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary

-\tTrack the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

-\tCoordinate day-to-day office activities and manage the purchase of materials for projects.

-\tBeing a key point of contact for other departments on financial and admin matters

-\tConduct the office administration and finance and generate reliable, transparent & timely financial and administrative information needed.

Requirements

•\tExcellent communication skills – both verbal and written

•\tDegree in Accounting and finance

•\tProven work experience as a finance and admin or related fields.

•\tProficiency in working with Microsoft packages including word and excel and accounting software

•\tAccuracy in reporting detailed financial and admin information

•\tAbility to maintain effective office system
