Neon Lights Installation Technician

Position Summary

The Neon Lights Installation Technician is responsible for installing, wiring, testing, and maintaining neon and LED neon lighting systems for commercial and residential clients.

The technician must ensure safe, clean, and high-quality installations while representing the company professionally on client sites.

This is a field-based technical role requiring electrical knowledge, precision, and strong problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years experience in lighting or signage installation
Experience with LED neon systems
Knowledge of load balancing and transformer sizing
Basic understanding of branding signage layouts
Ability to train or mentor junior technicians
Can install
Can explain
Can model professionalism
Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation plans
Experience working with tools (drills, anchors, testers, multimeters, ladders)
