Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and host medically accurate social media content & Blogs (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Website etc.) aligned with health awareness and service promotion including Medical Colander.
Hosting medical content across all digital media platforms, Yanet mainstream media channels, and podcasts.
Developing creative and engaging content; managing posting schedules; and actively monitoring post-performance and customer engagement. Monitor audience engagement, feedback, and patient responses to improve content impact.
Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and brand consistency in all communication.
Translate complex medical information into simple, engaging, and patient-friendly formats (videos, posts, and info graphics).
Marketing Outreach & Institutional Relations - Conduct visits to referring institutions, corporate clients, and partners. - Maintain updated records of visits, feedback, and collaboration opportunities.
Referral & Relationship Support - Liaise with referring institutions and track referrals. - Assist in preparing referral performance data.
Public & School Campaigns - Assist in organizing public health campaigns, screenings, and school awareness programs. - Manage materials, logistics, and event documentation.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

Doctor of Medicine (MD) from a recognized university, with 0 or more years of relevant experience.
Valid registration and licensing certificate from regulatory body.
Having work experience letter of the position and related training certificate are advantageous.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of social media algorithms and digital marketing is an added advantage.
Creative, proactive, and passionate about patient-centered health education.

A medically qualified Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, preparing, and hosting engaging social media content, while also leading offline healthcare marketing initiatives to strengthen Liyana Healthcare’s brand visibility and patient engagement.
