Job Summary

Phoenix Ethiopia is a leading distribution company specializing in telecommunications, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals. With strong operations across Addis Ababa, Oromia, Sidama, SNNP, and Amhara regions, the company delivers technology-enabled route-to-market solutions that ensure operational excellence, compliance, and market growth for partner brands.

We are currently seeking a highly responsible and organized Regional Operations Officer to represent HQ operations in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing regional administrative processes, asset control, documentation management, and execution of management directives. This position requires strong integrity, leadership capability, and the ability to monitor regional operational performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Receive devices and assets from HQ and business partners.

Manage and document proper handover of devices to Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Shop Managers.

Maintain and control all original regional documents and records.

Process and finalize new hiring documentation in the region.

Execute management decisions and operational activities as directed by HQ.

Facilitate shop rental agreements and process related payments under given power of attorney.

Monitor and evaluate the performance and compliance of ASMs and Shop Managers.

Prepare and submit operational and compliance reports to the Management Team.

Must be willing to travel as needed to ensure smooth execution of operations.

Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Manager or Regional Operations Officer.

Strong organizational and documentation management skills.

Experience handling company assets and administrative control processes.

High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and represent HQ in the region.

Must reside in Adama

Must be fluent in Afan Oromo .
