ONCO Pathology Diagnosis Center is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable experienced Cashier to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, efficiently processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using POS systems (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments).
Handle cash responsibly, including making change and balancing the bill up to the end of shifts.
Answer customer inquiries politely and knowledgeably, providing information about products, services, and store policies.
Effectively resolve customer issues and escalate complex situations to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and fellow team members, both verbally and in writing.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting and finance.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Cashier.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to articulate information clearly and concisely, both in person and potentially through email or notes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Proficiency in operating Cash register and POS systems and basic computer skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
