E-commerce Assistant (Data Entry & Customer Support)

Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated E-commerce Assistant to support the daily operations of our fashion online store. The role includes product data entry, customer communication, and basic marketing support.

Main Responsibilities

• Enter and update product data on the website
• Upload product images and product descriptions
• Update prices, sizes, colors, and stock information
• Organize products into correct categories
• Send promotional messages to customers via social media and chat
• Assist in posting products and promotions on social media
• Respond to basic customer inquiries online
• Support general store operations

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and fast typing
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Good communication skills
• Active on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience in e-commerce (WooCommerce/Shopify)
• Basic digital marketing knowledge
• Basic image editing skills
