Job Description

· Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).

· Coordinate logistics with shipping lines, customs, and warehouses.

· Monitor export operations to ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain accurate records of export transactions.

· Communicate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

· Ensure compliance with export regulations and buyer requirements.

· Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

· 1-2 years of experience in export operations

· Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

· Proficiency in computer skills MS Office
