The Role

A full-time, onsite Senior Video Editor for a performance-driven digital agency focused on short-form ads for e-commerce brands. You will work in our office Monday through Saturday. Sunday is reserved for light tasks and minor revisions from home only.

This is not a 9-to-5. You will work more than 8 hours a day. You will be available when we need you. You will respond to messages immediately. If that sounds like too much — this job is not for you.

What You'll Do

Edit high-performing short-form ad creatives (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

Deliver clean, polished work with zero need for basic revisions

Build hooks, pacing, and storytelling that drives real results

Handle multiple projects simultaneously without dropping quality

Be present, responsive, and ready to execute at any moment

What We Require — No Exceptions

Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects

Strong English video editing experience (not just Amharic content)

A portfolio that proves your skill without explanation

Zero tolerance for excuses, missed deadlines, or sloppy work

Immediate response time — if you go quiet, you're out

Full availability Monday–Saturday onsite, light work Sundays from home

Someone who takes pride in being the best in the room

Compensation
