We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic waitress and Cashier to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions, crafting a welcoming environment, and ensuring that every guest has a delightful experience.

Requirements
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including coffee drinks and pastries offerings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Required Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
• A passion for coffee and knowledge of menu items is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• working hour will be Morning 12:30- 7:30, Afternoon 6:30- 1:30

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Age:- 18-26
• No Previous experience is needed in both positions but passionate about coffee shop service and fast to learn new work environment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage for cashier.
